30 Day minimum. Extensions of lease will be prorated for actual days resident will occupy the apartment after fulfillment of the lease. Arrangements must be made in advance. Any rents paid will not be refunded. Rent charges will accrue until keys and parking tags are returned. Rent includes the following amenities:
