The following are rates for three months or less, based on a month to month lease of 30 days.  If you choose to take a lease of 3 months or longer and/or have multiple leases (2 or More), we can negotiate rates.  1 Bedroom/1 Bath Lease $1400.00 Approximately-   750 Square Feet 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Lease $1500.00 Approximately-   950 Square Feet 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Lease $1600.00 Approximately- 1066 Square Feet 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Lease $1800.00 Approximately- 1332 Square Feet LEASES: 30 Day minimum.  Extensions of lease will be prorated for actual days resident will occupy the apartment after fulfillment of the lease.  Arrangements must be made in advance.  Any rents paid will not be refunded.  Rent charges will accrue until keys and parking tags are returned.
